Tina Ahlin

Born in Tyresö, in Stockholm County, Tina Ahlin develops from an early age a career rooted in Swedish music, between song, composition and piano performance. Trained notably at Adolf Fredriks Musikklasser and then in music programs in Stockholm, Tina Ahlin moves in a register that blends Swedish pop, stage music and a more intimate repertoire, with writing and performance centered on the piano and voice. Over the course of her career, she collaborates with several artists from the Swedish scene, among them Lisa Nilsson, Thomas Di Leva, Orup and Stefan Sundström, while taking part in various revues and stage productions. The Swedish public also identifies her on television, where Tina Ahlin appears as a pianist and musician in musical programs, notably Så ska det låta. Her discography includes Sommarkort, an instrumental album built around the harmonica and piano, 12 songs by Allan Edwall, devoted to Allan Edwall's songs, as well as Decennium, released in 2012. Parallel to her musical activity, Tina Ahlin has also hosted several television programs in Sweden, extending a career at the crossroads of the stage, composition and musical transmission.
