Eternity Again

Based in Prague, Eternity Again develops a universe situated between shoegaze, dream pop and indie rock, around songs written by Barbora Cihak. Initially conceived as a solo project before taking the form of a band, Eternity Again is anchored in an aesthetic of noisy textures, layered guitars and veiled melodies, with a texture work that blends instrumental lines and everyday sounds. Barbora Cihak extends here a trajectory already visible on the Czech scene, where she has also played alongside Alex G, opened for Orla Gartland and appeared among the finalists of the Radio Wave talent contest. In 2024, Eternity Again released its first album, Prophecy, a 13-track record presented during a release party at MeetFactory in Prague. The songwriting of Eternity Again favors dense yet melodic tracks, nourished by the heritage of 1980s and 1990s dream pop and shoegaze, in a balance between intimacy, soft saturation and more abrasive tension. Through Prophecy, Eternity Again asserts a coherent sonic identity, based on a handmade approach to detail and on a visual dimension closely linked to the music.
