Feather Aid
Born in 2019 around Eloi and Paul-Enée, Feather Aid initially built itself on a repertoire of hard rock covers before finding a more stable form in 2021 with the arrival of Thomas on guitar and Rafael on drums. The band then develops its own compositions and refines an identity situated between powerful rock, hard rock and alternative rock, with more melodic touches borrowed from progressive rock as well as jazz and funk influences. In its tracks, Feather Aid blends punchy guitars, direct group dynamics and more aerial passages, without leaving a readable rock format. After several local gigs, Feather Aid takes a step forward by winning the Rock en Seine tremplin in 2023, an important milestone at the start of its public career. This period also coincides with the recording of its first EP, Love Undertones, which marks the shift from a project formed around covers to a band committed to writing and performing.
