haemoGOBLIN

Formed between the east and the south of London, haemoGOBLIN brings together Luke Wainwright, Loz Beck, also active with Cassels, and Nickrad Sherkat in a trio that crosses noise rock and post-punk with taut, abrasive, and direct songwriting. The project began first from recordings made alone by Wainwright over several years, before taking the form of a full band in 2024. This evolution is audible in a more collective music, built on jagged riffs, angular rhythms, and vocals that play on nervousness as much as on rupture. haemoGOBLIN tackles contemporary and concrete themes, from corruption logics in the video game industry to questions of personal boundary and reinvention. A first EP, CODA, appears in 2024 and lays the foundations of this dry and chaotic aesthetic. The trio continues in this direction with STAB x7, announced for 2025, where haemoGOBLIN further broadens its sonic spectrum with heavier tracks and a more pronounced sharing of voices among the group members.
