Mason Lindahl

Born in North Carolina, Mason Lindahl has since the early 2000s developed a discreet path focused on instrumental guitar, between American-leaning folk, contemporary writing, improvisation and flamenco inflections. Archives of his early online projects show an older activity, subsequently continued through several self-releases and digital publications, before wider visibility with Kissing Rosy in the Rain in 2021. Mason Lindahl's music rests on a stripped-down playing, often slow, where silences, resonances and repetitive motifs occupy as much space as the melody.
