Pájaros Vampiro
Formed in Mexico around Hugo, Abraham and Edi, Pájaros Vampiro operates in an alternative rock vein fed by punk, indie rock and a DIY sensibility inherited from local scenes. The band began playing while still teenagers; their first EP, Miedo y Deseo, recorded in a home studio, already features direct, tense tracks focused on urban experience and the transition to adulthood. A second EP, Buscando Rebeldía, produced by Toño Montes of Los Románticos de Zacatecas, marks a move toward a more constructed sound without losing the raw energy of their early material. Through independent tours across Mexico, Pájaros Vampiro has shared bills with punk and indie acts from Ibero-America, opened for The Drums, and crossed paths with artists such as Boom Boom Kid, Carolina Durante and Bestia Bebé. In 2024 the band appears on the soundtrack of the film La Gran Seducción. In 2025 the trio released its first album, SE HACE ASÍ, which they took on the road through more than 26 Mexican states before expanding their live circuit to Europe in 2026.
