YOBS

From Liverpool, YOBS operates within a British strain of psych-punk where garage rock and noise rock merge into thick fuzz, taut rhythms and songwriting built on repetition. Active on the English underground scene during the 2020s, YOBS has developed an abrasive, direct and deliberately raw sound centered on insistent riffs, hypnotic motifs and an almost constant tension. The band occupies a territory shared by the psych, punk and garage scenes, with a rough aesthetic that favors impact and density over showy arrangements. YOBS releases music in the orbit of Fuzz Club, a label whose universe aligns with this dark, fuzz-heavy approach. On stage, YOBS has been booked at the Fuzz Club Festival in Eindhoven, the Mountain Sound Festival and Manchester Psych Fest — three events that clearly place the band in the contemporary psych-rock and punk circuit. A second YOBS album is announced for 2026 on Fuzz Club Records.
