Esteban Desigual

In the Paris club scene, Esteban Desigual initially worked within techno before refocusing his output on psytrance. His trajectory reflects a shift from a traditional club format toward sets more explicitly oriented toward trance. His musical universe moves between psytrance, psyfunk, bass music and deep techno, with an approach that favors the contact points between scenes rather than a strictly codified framework. Esteban Desigual has played in clubs and at festivals across Europe, North Africa and Canada, including appearances at Dour, Les Eurockéennes and Marvellous Island, and he delivered a Boiler Room set entirely devoted to psytrance. As a resident of Badaboum he develops Trancemutations, a series of events conceived around producers operating at the intersection of psytrance, bass music and techno. He has also released the EP Funk it until you make it on ADN Music, where trance pulse meets funk-leaning accents.
