Louis Romeo

Born and based in France, Louis Romeo has been building a DJ career since the 2010s, grounded in a musical practice that began in childhood. That early training is reflected in his sets, which draw on a broad musical culture with R&B and its contemporary offshoots at the core. Louis Romeo has performed at several French events such as Solidays, Lollapalooza Paris, Nuits Sonores and Inversion, and has also played at Les Ardentes in Belgium as well as in various European countries, notably Germany, the Netherlands, Denmark, Sweden and Bulgaria. In 2023 he launched the CRUSH project, conceived as a framework dedicated to these aesthetics and their circulation between club contexts and urban cultures. Through this trajectory, Louis Romeo situates himself within a DJ scene attentive to stylistic crossovers and to how R&B can engage with more current dance formats.
