Psycho Rebel Front

Formed in 2018 in the La Rioja region of Spain, Psycho Rebel Front develops a repertoire positioned between psychedelic garage, post-punk and desert rock, with songwriting that combines rhythmic tensions, darker melodies and fuzz-laden passages. Their sound alternates lysergic, stretched-out sequences with more upfront moments driven by thick riffs, heavy grooves and a rougher energy, within an independent rock aesthetic marked by sharp contrasts between tension and release. Since their emergence, Psycho Rebel Front has been part of the Spanish alternative circuit with an identity that intersects psych rock, garage sonics and post-punk touches without committing to a single tradition. The project circulates several inheritances of underground rock, working both coarse textures and more emotional melodic lines, producing music that is compact and at times dark, but always structured around a pronounced play of dynamics.
