Amy Eftekhari

Based in Nottingham in the United Kingdom, singer‑songwriter Amy Eftekhari works in an acoustic pop and folk vein that emphasizes voice and songwriting. She first came to attention in 2011 with her debut EP "All the Words", which established a basis for intimate songwriting with guitar and piano supporting personal lyrics. Alongside her solo career, she has maintained an active role as a backing vocalist in studio and on stage for artists such as Beverley Knight, Joss Stone and Michael Ball, and has taken part in several live sessions for the BBC, notably at Maida Vale and Abbey Road as well as on Aled Jones’s programme on BBC Radio 2. Trained at the ACM in Guildford, she draws on this experience as a supporting and touring musician to resume, from 2026, a project under her own name with the EP "This Moment", co‑produced by Laurence Jones and Wayne Proctor. A long‑time partner of blues‑rock guitarist Laurence Jones, she also served as the opening act for his concerts in 2026, extending the pared‑back aesthetic of her new songs on stage.
