Luneris

Led by two sisters—a harpist and a violinist who also work as producers—the Luneris project sits at the crossroads of electronic music, Celtic traditions and Nordic influences, with an aesthetic often described as Electro Pagan Trance. Luneris develops a musical language in which the electric harp, the violin and traditional instruments such as flute, the jaw harp (guimbarde) or the olifant converse with an electro production oriented toward dance and trance. On stage the duo crafts concerts conceived as immersive experiences, combining light, scenography and interaction with the audience around forms of contemporary ritual. A first album is announced for 2026, conceived as an exploration of the links between ancient musical inheritances and today’s electronic pulses. The two musicians rely on a solid conservatory background, holding specialized master’s degrees in violin and harp obtained notably at the Royal Conservatory of Brussels, the DIT Conservatory of Music and Drama in Dublin, the Conservatorio Giuseppe Verdi in Milan and IMEP in Namur, and maintain active practice in Irish traditional and classical music. Prior to Luneris they developed several stage and recording projects, including the children’s show Dans la forêt enchantée (created in 2021), Land of Legend (2020) featuring traditional Celtic airs, La Légende du Lac in co-production with Showamme from 2024, and the Trio Jenlis with the album Musique française pour violon, violoncelle et harpe (2019)—all experiences that today nourish the world of Luneris.
