Fortune Igiebor

Active on the Dublin scene, Fortune Igiebor develops a melodic rap positioned between alternative hip‑hop, punk tension and incisive electronic productions, with personal songwriting carried by strong vocal intensity. Fortune Igiebor made a name for himself in Ireland with tracks like The Prayer and PETRIFIED!, which demonstrate both his taste for immediate choruses and for more confrontational pieces conceived for the stage. His path has also been forged live, first with an appearance at the Grand Social as part of BIMM’s NOFOMO, then with headline shows at the Grand Social and the Sound House. Associated with the local collective A New Rage, Fortune Igiebor situates his music at the crossroads of rap culture, live energy and an alternative aesthetic. He also collaborated with Jafaris on WALK WITHOUT MY OLD CA!N, and followed that period with the release of the EP Handle With Care. In 2023, Black & Irish awarded him Male Artist of the Year, and Fortune Igiebor continued in 2024 with HELLO GIRL and the LRVM project.
