SCHLASS

Emerging in the early 2020s, the SCHLASS project is part of an electronic scene where hard techno, psytrance and industrial influences intersect. A DJ and producer, SCHLASS constructs sets focused on fast rhythms, dark textures and more melodic passages, playing on contrasts between tension, hypnotic states and release. His universe is fed by a fragmented identity, in which different facets of SCHLASS coexist and respond to one another, giving rise to an aesthetic marked by the alternation between sonic brutality and more sensitive motifs. On stage, SCHLASS performs both in clubs and at larger events, with appearances at festivals such as Impact Festival and bookings alongside artists like Vortek’s, Majes and Onlynumbers. The release of a first EP helps structure this work, extending in the studio an approach centered on rhythmic intensity, industrial atmospheres and an electronic writing that draws as much from rave culture as from more recent currents of hard techno.
