Majid Razavi

Born in Kermanshah, Iran, in 1997, Majid Razavi operates in the register of Persian pop, with songs centered on direct melodies, refrains sung with flexible phrasing and production that blends romantic ballad, variety pop and contemporary rhythmic touches. A singer, songwriter and composer, Majid Razavi launched his professional career in 2018 with the single 'Padideh', then followed with 'Az Khodet Begoo' in the same year before establishing himself more clearly in the Iranian pop landscape in the early 2020s. His discography is mainly built around singles, including 'Asemoon' in 2020, 'Daste Gol' in 2020, 'Negine Ghalbami' in 2021, 'Belakhare' in 2022, 'Gorgo Mish' in 2022, 'Par Mizane' in 2023, 'Dooset Daram' in 2024 and 'Setareh' in 2024. Majid Razavi's career also relies on significant live performance activity in Iran, begun with his first concert in 2022 in Tehran, then extended to many cities in the country and to festivals such as the Fajr International Music Festival. As his releases continued, Razavi worked with several recurring collaborators in the Iranian pop scene, including Masoud Jahani, Ali Bayat, Amir Pedram, Milad Torabi and, on some tracks, Arsha Radin and Nima Moein. In 2024, Razavi also presented a European tour, confirming the expansion of his live presence beyond Iran.
