Megan Henwood

Born in England and linked to the Henley-on-Thames area, Megan Henwood develops a songwriting approach rooted in British folk, with a singer-songwriter sensibility that blends acoustic guitar, hushed pop, and more contemporary touches. Discovered around the turn of the 2010s, she first made a name on the folk scene by winning the 2009 BBC Radio 2 Young Folk Award with her brother Joe Henwood, before performing at festivals such as Cambridge Folk Festival, Cropredy, and Glastonbury.
