Afro‑Portuguese beatmaker at the crossroads of hip‑hop, soul and melodic rap, Mabreezee writes from a personal, direct perspective, with intimate lyrics carried by a supple voice and measured phrasing, while his productions combine punchy kick drums, hypnotic basslines, slow grooves and soft keyboard pads. As a singer, rapper, producer and sound designer, Mabreezee has built his path between studio creation and the stage, notably opening for Kaidi Tatham, Kamaal Williams and Yasiin Bey. His work also extends to collaboration, including production and sound design with Ski Beatz and Smoke DZA on the Smokepack project, in an aesthetic that links introspection, deep bass and a strong sense of rhythm.
