Chapter V

Since 2022 Chapter V has asserted itself in the wake of Spoontech Records with a hard-dance palette that alternates melodic sequences, rhythmic tension and darker atmospheres. Not tied to a single formula, Chapter V moves between hardstyle and the genre’s rougher edges while expanding its spectrum into hard techno. This approach appears on tracks like “KILLING ITCH” and “The Unknown” with Nightcraft, as well as collaborations with The Purge and Omnya, and a remix for Adaro & Jack of Sound. In just a few seasons, Chapter V has played the major festivals of the scene, including Defqon.1, Intents Festival, REBiRTH Festival and Decibel Outdoor. The project also exists as Chapter V LIVE, conceived around reworked versions of its own repertoire for a more fluid and direct set. From track to track, Chapter V develops a contrasting aesthetic where the melodic line remains present without softening a deliberately dense, abrasive sonic material.
