An electronic music producer from Oslo, Norway, Oskar med K—born Oskar Sjåvåg—has been crafting a sound that straddles pop and deep house since his teens. After several years remixing other artists’ tracks, he began releasing his own material as oskar med k in 2023, with songwriting centered on vocals, instant melodies, and club-minded rhythms. This first phase yielded the single Rain with Marini, followed by How Far and Do You, and the EP No Clouds, released in 2023 on the 7Cult label. In 2024, oskar med k sharpened this aesthetic on the album Keep Your Feet, where melodic house productions meet pop-leaning song structures, and rolled out the tracks Two Shots Too Much, Alone with Marini, and Belong to One. The following year marked another step with a run of singles, including Knock Me Off My Feet, Too Tense, Can’t Find You with Avaion, and Make Me Feel. The latter spawned a vocal version in collaboration with Khalid, Nobody (Make Me Feel), included on the American singer’s fourth album, After the Sun Goes Down.
