MLF

Under the name MLF, Marie develops a project on the French electronic scene shaped by early training in production, which she began at 16, and by a background that spans piano in a jazz band and guitar in a contemporary rock outfit. MLF works within a house and progressive aesthetic marked by the electronic sonorities of the 1990s; tracks are built around crisp rhythms, luminous melodic lines and more introspective atmospheres. Her trajectory took shape with the EP 66BEO in 2022, noted notably by David Blot on Radio Nova, before a new release in 2023 on House of Love, Folamour’s label, which includes the track 'Fell in love in a Club'. In 2024 MLF released an EP on Permanent Vacation, extending this club-oriented writing toward finer, more emotional textures, and later that year she presented a set of unreleased tracks for HOR Berlin. Alongside her productions, MLF circulates her universe through venues and events such as Rex Club in Paris, DGTL in Amsterdam, Hangar in Belgrade, Akvarium in Budapest and Blitz in Munich.
