Cold Culture

Formed in Denmark, Cold Culture develops a post-hardcore scene interwoven with electronic elements, between massive riffs, melodic refrains and dark atmospheres. The band drew attention with the EP Afterthoughts, released in 2023, which includes notably the tracks "Low", with the participation of Philip Strand from Normandie, and "Faded". Following this first release, Cold Culture is part of a modern heavy scene that blends emotional intensity, dense production and a sense of contrast between abrasive passages and more direct vocal lines. In 2024, Cold Culture played at Den Hårde Tone, a Danish event dedicated to heavy music, then followed by dates in Europe and the United Kingdom alongside Siamese, Chaosbay and Dead Posey. This live journey accompanied the band's gradual establishment on the European post-hardcore scene, with an aesthetic that crosses alternative metal, modern rock and electronic textures without tipping into demonstrative effect. Cold Culture thus pursues a trajectory built around the scene and a short format still tightened, in a register that is at once nerve-wracking, melodic and upfront.
