Kapuchon

Behind Kapuchon is Nick van de Wall, born in Spijkenisse in the Netherlands, a Dutch producer and DJ best known as Afrojack. Under his Kapuchon alias, Afrojack develops a tighter, parallel identity oriented toward a more restrained club electronic sound, built on straightforward rhythms, pronounced basslines and a more minimal approach than in his most high‑profile productions. More than a mere secondary pseudonym, Kapuchon serves to distinguish a more direct, club‑focused facet of his work, separate from the EDM and crossover aesthetic associated with Afrojack.
