Based between Tel Aviv and the international electronic scene, OMRI. is the project of producer and DJ Omri Gueta, also the founder of the label Collecting Dots Records. His work sits in an electronic register between indie dance, melodic house and organic techno, with tracks built around tight grooves, clean basslines and writing designed for the club without losing melodic depth. Active since the early 2020s under this name, OMRI.'s visibility has progressed with releases picked up by the circuits of electronic music, notably on Beatport, where the track Dance All Night (Don't Wanna Fight) circulated in the indie dance sphere. The track Musika has also attracted the attention of several top DJs, in a context where OMRI. is gradually settling on lineups tied to international house and underground scenes. Alongside his productions, OMRI. develops a curatorial identity through Collecting Dots Records, extending this aesthetic between nocturnal tension, dark textures and rhythmic efficiency. His club and festival appearances place him in a generation of producers for whom the boundary between house, indie dance and melodic electronic remains deliberately porous.
