Buenos Vampiros

Buenos Vampiros took shape in Mar del Plata in July 2018 around Ignacio Perrotta and Irina Tuma on guitars and vocals, with Luana Giobellina on bass and backing vocals and Mora Murguet on drums. The Argentine quartet developed a repertoire situated between post-punk, new wave and dream pop, with songs that alternate melancholic melodic lines, rhythmic tension and more danceable choruses. Buenos Vampiros first released Paranormal in 2019, then Destruya! in 2022 and Entre Sombras in 2024, three records that accompanied the group's gradual establishment on the Argentine independent scene. Over the years, Buenos Vampiros has performed in several Buenos Aires venues, including Niceto Club, CC Konex, Vorterix and Art Media, while touring other cities in the country such as Córdoba, Rosario, Mendoza, Salta, Tucumán and Santiago del Estero. The band has also appeared at festivals such as Primavera Sound Buenos Aires, Grl Pwr Córdoba, Mar del Pop and Festival Nuevo Día, and shared the bill with artists from similar or complementary backgrounds like Dry Cleaning, American Football, Ana Curra, Juana Molina, Las Ligas Menores, Daniel Melero and Barbi Recanati.
