Based in Wrocław, Poland, hubithekid develops a project at the intersection of rap, pop and electronic music, with songwriting marked by emo rap and a visual aesthetic tied to the Y2K imaginary. His earliest reference points are in the Polish underground, within the emo-rap collective lottobois, where he first appears as a rapper, singer and occasional producer. That period also led him to work with artists such as Maly Elvis and Young Yerba. Over successive releases, hubithekid has broadened his musical vocabulary by increasingly blending elements of pop-punk, glitchcore, digicore, scenecore and hyperpop in tracks that alternate between direct melodies, abrasive digital textures and more experimental formats. This evolution places him in a generation of artists emerging from internet and SoundCloud scenes, where the boundaries between emotional rap, nostalgic electronic pop and punk energy become more porous. Hubithekid thus circulates a hybrid music—between sung choruses, rap rhythms and deliberately unstable sound treatment.
