Malugi

Based in Berlin, MALUGI operates where fast house intersects with the heritage of UK scenes, combining nervy rhythms, bold basslines and touches of garage, trance and European club music. Active as a DJ and producer since the early 2020s, Malugi has forged a career around direct, track-focused formats designed for dynamic, no-frills sets—more celebratory than conceptual. His club and festival appearances have taken him to venues and events such as Panorama Bar, Warehouse Project, Amnesia Ibiza and Awakenings, as well as on tours in the United States and Australia. In 2024 he also appeared on Boiler Room, another milestone in his rising international profile. His productions mirror his DJ sets: accessible up-tempo house influenced by the UK sound but calibrated for both large rooms and clubs. In parallel, Malugi develops Happy Hour, an event series that extends his stage identity. In 2025 the BBC included him in its Radio 1 Future Star selection.
