Info
Bleech 9:3 land in Brighton on April 21, 2027, taking over Chalk with the kind of alt-rock that hits a nerve without losing the tune. Formed between Dublin and now based around Brixton, the four-piece is built around songwriters Barry Quinlan and Sam Duffy, with James Quinlan on bass and Luke O’Neill on drums. Their sound leans into sharp melodic lines, then pushes them through thick, saturated guitars and a more abrasive edge, always playing that tension between holding back and letting it blow open.
Live, it’s tight and direct: the songs are written with the stage in mind, and you can feel the band’s taste for contrast, from controlled verses to sudden bursts of noise and release. If you’ve caught tracks like “Ceiling” or “Jacky”, expect that same introspective streak, but louder, rougher, and properly dialed in for a room show.
