Info
On September 25, 2026, Winter Gardens Blackpool hosts a Friday blast of classic British pop as Kim Wilde shares the bill with Haircut 100 for the Blackpool 80s Weekender.
Kim Wilde brings the sharp new wave and synth-pop edge that defined her early run, built on bold keyboards, pop-rock guitars and straight-to-the-point choruses. Expect a set that moves between her 80s breakthroughs and the tougher, melodic comeback era, from the refreshed energy of her 2000s return to the later, retro-leaning vibe of Here Come the Aliens.
Haircut 100 take the stage with their bright, springy mix of new pop, jazz-funk and Brit-funk touches: clean guitars, elastic basslines, and that unmistakable sax-percussion sparkle that instantly screams early-80s London. With the band back live in recent years around the classic core lineup, their punchy, dance-ready songwriting is made for a crowd that wants to move as much as sing along.
