Underoath bring their “Define the Great Line” era back to the front on November 27, 2026 at Great Canadian Toronto. Built for people who grew up on early-2000s post-hardcore and anyone discovering it now, this anniversary show puts the band’s most intense, atmospheric side in the spotlight: sharp, technical guitars, electronics and that push-and-pull between Spencer Chamberlain’s screams and Aaron Gillespie’s melodic lines. Expect the set to lean heavily on the album’s core moments, from “Writing on the Walls” to “In Regards to Myself” and “You’re Ever So Inviting”, with the kind of pacing and tension that made the record a turning point.
The night also stacks the bill with longtime scene staples. August Burns Red add their ultra-tight, riff-driven metalcore and precision drumming; Atreyu bring the mix of hardcore bite and big choruses that defined their mid-2000s run; and Emery round things out with a post-hardcore/emo edge, switching between clean hooks and more abrasive bursts.
