On 11 October 2026, Hugues Aufray returns to the stage at the Saint-Brieuc Bay Conference and Exhibition Centre in Saint-Brieuc. A familiar figure in French chanson, he traces a career that spans the ages: from cabaret beginnings to the grand stages, with that talent for alternating storytelling, melody, and a guitar slung over his shoulder.
His name is inevitably linked to Bob Dylan, whose songs he has adapted into French on several tracks, notably on the album Aufray chante Dylan, which has become a landmark in his repertoire. Over the decades, he has continued to record and tour, alternating between albums, reinterpretations and returns to the studio, without abandoning the format that suits him best: the stage, closest to the songs. A concert conceived as a journey through his classics, his adaptations and his beloved songs, carried by a voice and a style that have marked several generations.
