Foster The People (dj)

On July 23, 2026, at Silencio in Paris, Foster The People take to the decks for a DJ set conceived as an extension of their universe. Born in Los Angeles around Mark Foster and now refocused as a duo with Isom Innis, the project has always navigated between indie pop, synth-pop and psychedelic leanings, with a pronounced taste for electronic textures and direct melodies. Revealed by “Pumped Up Kicks” and then honed from Torches to Supermodel, through Sacred Hearts Club and Paradise State of Mind, the band has developed a sense of groove that naturally slides toward the club.

In their DJ set, Foster The People present a mix where electronic pop, indie house, modern disco and synth-pop intersect, in continuity with their recent discography. Smooth transitions, rounded basslines, bright percussion and winks to their own tracks as well as to their influences delineate a format centered on energy and instinct, without losing the melodic line that is their signature.
