Good weather is back and we can’t wait to enjoy this first Bouilla Bass with you. Join us on Friday, May 29 at Point Éphémère.
What better way to kick off the summer season than with a fish soup.
Come and savor, for one evening, a dish that is typically Marseillais.
A fish broth that is emblematic of our city: the Bouilla Bass.
For the occasion, we have invited international chef Lyo XS.
She will be joined by Aures.
Two Marseille residents will take turns at the decks: Noge and Wawrzy.
Artisans from the south, connoisseurs of spicy sonorities.
With four artists present, this evening will blend each one’s flavors and specialties.
