GIPSY KINGS by André Reyes returns to Barcelona with a live show centered on the flamenco rumba that defined the group. On 1 December 2026 at Sala Razzmatazz (Barcelona), the formation led by André Reyes revisits the Gipsy Kings’ classics and presents new songs by Reyes himself, conceived for the stage.

Onstage, the percussive pulse of acoustic guitars, handclaps and close-knit backing vocals take command, driving a hybrid sound: Andalusian heritage, Catalan rumba and Latin pop influences, just as they have worked throughout their history. The repertoire crosses the energy of anthems like “Bamboléo” or “Djobi Djoba” with recent compositions, balancing intimate string passages and explosive, dance-ready rhythms.

André Reyes shapes the concert with a direction close to the band’s original spirit, but with contemporary arrangements and room for improvisation. It’s an opportunity to reconnect with a recognizable, organic sound, reinterpreted by one of its central figures, who looks forward without losing the Gypsy roots that sustain it.
