Arlo Parks returns to La Gaîté Lyrique in Paris on 8 November 2026 to present Ambiguous Desire, her third album, nourished by the nocturnal energy of New York, London and California. A Mercury Prize winner, the London singer-songwriter continues her intimate songwriting, oscillating between indie pop, hushed R&B and spoken-word inflections. The new tracks blend UK garage beats, bright synths and supple bass lines, carried by a close, intimate voice and very concrete imagery.

On stage, Arlo stretches these textures, speeding up or slowing down the pulses, spinning motifs until a gentle trance is established. The set moves between delicate electronics and minimalist soul, with sparser moments that leave room for the words. Songs from Ambiguous Desire intersect with tracks from Collapsed in Sunbeams and My Soft Machine, rearranged for the live show with a tight-knit band. The concert is conceived as a dive into her urban nights, where storytelling remains central and the band’s dynamic opens new perspectives on her songs.
