Hudson Freeman - EU/UK Tour 2026

On August 24, 2026, Hudson Freeman will be on stage at Privatclub in Berlin. The Brooklyn-based songwriter operates within lo-fi folk, moving between bedroom recordings, subtle indie-rock shades and a clear DIY ethos. Since his self-produced debut EP A Man, One Day (2016), he has been shaped by influences such as Sufjan Stevens, Bon Iver and Pedro the Lion: pared-down arrangements, restrained dynamics, and lyrics about faith, doubt, fragile friendships and the search for direction. With the album I AM All the Ages I’ve Ever Been (2021) he expanded his songwriting; most recently he condensed it on is a folk artist (spring 2025). Recent pieces like if you know Me — flanked by his version of Wild Horses — show where the set is headed: close to the song, raw in sound, without embellishment. Live, Freeman translates this intimacy with a calm voice, shimmering guitars and details that slowly build tension — a focused performance that carries his themes directly and without pathos.
