On March 6, 2026, at the Backstage Kulturzentrum in Munich: Of Monsters And Men bring their Mouse Parade Tour to the stage. The collective from Reykjavík around singer and guitarist Nanna Bryndís Hilmarsdóttir and co-frontman Ragnar "Raggi" Þórhallsson has grown from a local insider tip to an established name between indie and folk. With the breakthrough single "Little Talks" and the debut album My Head Is an Animal they early on set their trademark: driving rhythms, expansive melodic arcs and choruses carried by a choir. Live, what counts is the interplay of Nanna’s and Raggi’s voices, the tension between quiet passages and powerful eruptions, and their direct, open-hearted way of presenting their songs on stage. The set stretches from early pieces to current material — compact, clear, and straightforward.
Supporting them is the Icelandic artist RAKEL (Rakel Sigurðardóttir), who opens the evening with her own set. A fitting introduction from the same Nordic scene before Of Monsters And Men take over.
