Info
On December 4, 2026, Noah Kahan brings his The Great Divide Tour to the Olympiahalle in Munich. The songwriter from Vermont weaves folk and acoustic pop melodies with lyrics about growing up, small-town life and quiet in-between spaces. Since early singles like "Young Blood" he has honed a sound that sits between radio pop and contemporary folk coloration — from Busyhead and I Was / I Am to the stripped-down, guitar-driven Stick Season and its expanded edition We’ll All Be Here Forever. On stage Kahan relies on voice, guitar and a clear narrative stance; collaborations with Hozier or Post Malone demonstrate his openness without eclipsing the core of his songwriting. The tour consolidates these phases into a set that stays close to the songs.
Mon Rovîa opens the evening with a folk idiom that makes his journeys between Liberia and the United States audible. Using the name of his birthplace, Janjay Lowe blends Americana with an Afro-diasporic perspective he locates as Afro-Appalachian. After early mixes of folk, R&B and hip-hop, he shifted the acoustic storytelling form to the foreground from 2022 onward. The four-part EP series — Act 1: The Wandering through Act 4: Atonement — sketches an inward road trip; Bloodline is announced for 2026. Live, Mon Rovîa favors pared-down arrangements in which voice and guitar carry the stories.
