On 2 June 2026, Ghinzu is at the Élysée Montmartre. Formed in Brussels in the late 1990s, the band shapes a rock sound in which abrasive guitars, piano up front and electronic touches create atmospheres close to film music. Led by John Stargasm on vocals and keyboards, the group alternates dynamic ruptures, tension build-ups and long-form structures — a signature forged on Electronic Jacuzzi (2000), expanded with Blow (2004) and deepened on Mirror Mirror (2009). After more than fifteen years without a new album, 2026 opens a new chapter: Ghinzu unveils Out of Control, the first single from a record due later this year. On stage, the rhythm section and the arrangements favour both impact and detail, between raw energy and orchestrated motifs. This Parisian stop signals a comeback that looks forward while reconnecting with the band’s fundamentals, balancing melody and more experimental textures.
