Bloc Party and Interpol share the bill on 16 November 2026 at the Zénith de Paris. The two bands will play one after the other and will draw extensively from their catalogs, with a focus on Silent Alarm for Bloc Party and Antics for Interpol — two albums released around twenty years ago. It’s an opportunity to revisit on stage the tracks that accompanied the rise of 2000s indie rock, presented in versions conceived for the venue.
Bloc Party, the London four-piece led by Kele Okereke, delivers nervous guitars, syncopated drums and dance-punk pulses, balancing post-punk tension with melodic bursts. Interpol, the New York outfit, deploys interlocking guitars, a steady bassline and Paul Banks’s deep vocals to create a tense, precise atmosphere. Together they offer a dual-bill evening in which each band performs its standout songs and slips in a few surprises, true to their signature sound.
