Garou « Solo »

Garou “Solo” is an opportunity to rediscover the Québécois singer one-on-one with his songs. Since Un meilleur lendemain, released in April 2025 — his first album entirely written and composed by him — Garou has taken a more personal turn. Ten tracks conceived for the stage, close to the text and to the voice, open a new chapter and assert a more intimate musical vision.

His meteoric trajectory is well known, from Quasimodo in Notre-Dame de Paris to albums that blend chanson, pop, soul and blues. His hoarse, expressive voice has linked those worlds. As a solo performer he refocuses the project: tightly crafted stories, direct melodies, deliberate nuances — a return to the fundamentals of the singer-songwriter.
