Goldie Boutilier brings The King of Possibilities Tour to Midway Music Hall in Edmonton on February 6, 2026. The Nova Scotia-born singer and songwriter has been shaping a cinematic pop style that draws on soul, R&B, rock and a touch of country, with imagery borrowed from classic films and the modern western. After early forays in dance-pop, she’s moved toward a slower, narrative-led approach where her voice takes the lead and guitars set a noir-tinged mood.

At the heart of this tour is Goldie Boutilier Presents Goldie Montana, a project built around an alter ego conceived in tough times: part outlaw, part film heroine, a lens through which she writes about desire, risk and reinvention. The songs shift between dusky ballads and tighter, driving cuts, all carried by clean arrangements and a sense of place that swings from small-town backroads to sleepless city nights. Since the 2023 EP Cowboy Gangster Politician, Goldie has deepened this direction on stage and in the studio, letting character, storytelling and a stripped-back palette do the work.
