Swedish outfit Allt has been shaping a modern metal hybrid since the early 2020s, drawing from progressive metal, metalcore and djent. Tight, syncopated guitars and fractured tempos anchor a sound that moves between dense surges and more atmospheric spaces, with harsh vocals opening onto more melodic passages. Their first steps came through a run of singles and EPs that established a play with contrasts: textured rhythm work, stretched instrumental sections and sudden breaks that tilt toward the progressive while keeping the impact of metalcore. Lyrically, the band circles themes of inner pressure, alienation and the search for balance, mixing aggression and introspection with a sharp focus on sound.
