Bénabar returns to the stage at L'Acclameur Niort on 13 December 2026. A singer-songwriter with a tender eye for our ordinary lives and a leading figure in French chanson for more than 25 years, he is opening a new chapter with an eleventh album announced for winter 2026. After a first single, "Elles dansent," inspired by his daughter, he has unveiled "Reste-t-il du bonheur," a duet with Pascal Obispo suffused with gentle nostalgia. These two tracks outline an album that blends intimate confessions with a taste for celebration. The year 2025 also marked the 20th anniversary of Reprise des négociations, the album that includes "Le Dîner," and that milestone continues to resonate throughout the tour. In Niort, Bénabar mixes previously unheard material with classics from his repertoire—portraits of everyday life and familiar refrains—driven by precise writing, a keen sense of observation and a storytelling approach that naturally belongs on stage.
