I Muvrini

I Muvrini, a band of brothers from Corsica, return with NULU 33 (nuage 33 / “Cloud 33”), eleven tracks that extend their open, contemporary polyphony. Their singing, rooted in the island, moves between the shores of the Mediterranean and engages with other voices: Corsican blues, Portuguese guitar, African choirs, echoes of fado, urban groove, children’s choirs. Soprano Kelly Poukens joins them, dialoguing with these timbres that carry a single idea: that nothing separates us.

On stage, I Muvrini weave this new set like a series of breaths — restrained pieces in which the collective leads the dance, with refrains shared effortlessly. On March 10, 2026 at 6MIC Aix-en-Provence, they will present NULU 33 and revisit songs that have shaped their path, balancing heritage and the present. Their music links Corsican traditions with neighbouring horizons, without frozen folklore, guided by a taste for connection that runs through their concerts and gives every voice its place.
