Info
Gaëtan Roussel returns to the solo stage on July 29, 2027 at the Théâtre Antique de Vaison-la-Romaine, with the aim of continuing this journey of an artist who is always on the move. After reuniting with Louise Attaque, he brings his name back to the fore and presents a new chapter centered on Marjolaine, his sixth studio album, due out on November 14, 2025.
A songwriter and guitarist whose spoken-sung phrasing is instantly recognizable, Roussel has for years straddled French chanson, pop and rock, with often understated arrangements. His songs favor repetitive motifs, micro-stories of everyday life, and that direct way of building tension without overdoing it. On stage, this translates into a taut, lively set that leaves room for both new material and the songs that have established his signature across his albums.
