Info
Known for her vocal performances, Caitlin Krisko and The Broadcast are a soul rock band hailing from Asheville, North Carolina. Established in 2021, Krisko's electrified performances led to her working with members of Tedeschi Trucks Band and David Bowie's Blackstar Band.
With a mix of soul rock arrangements with dashes of blues and pop, Caitlin Krisko and The Broadcast have shared stages with Mavis Staples, the late Charles Bradley, St. Paul and the Broken Bones, Marcus King, The String Cheese Incident, Bettye Layette and Gregg Allman’s Buffalo Mountain Jam among others.
Rolling Stone described Krisko’s voice as “one of the best kept vocal secrets of the south east”, ranging from soulful ballads to rock and blues. Behind her is a group of musicians who include husband Aaron Austin on guitar, William Seymour on bass and Michael W. Davis on drums.
Support from Al Hughes.
