Info
On 4 December 2026, Röyksopp bring a DJ set to Hackney Church in London, a chance to hear the Norwegian duo push their melodic electronic signature into a more club-ready shape. Built around the long-running partnership of Svein Berge and Torbjørn Brundtland, their sound has always balanced restrained grooves, airy atmospheres and clean synth lines, slipping easily from introspective moods to sharper, dancefloor-focused moments.
Expect a set that draws on the different sides of their catalogue: the downtempo glow that first put them on the map in the early 2000s, the more pop-leaning edge they’ve explored since, and the deeper, instrumental and conceptual threads that run through their later work. Röyksopp’s DJ appearances are where those elements get reconnected in real time, with house, synth-pop and a cool Scandinavian sense of melody flowing together without forcing the mood.
