Info
On January 30, 2027, Celtic Connections brings Darlingside to Saint Luke's & The Winged Ox in Glasgow for a live set built around the band’s signature blend of indie folk and chamber-pop. With Don Mitchell, Auyon Mukharji and Harris Paseltiner at the core on guitars, banjo, violin, mandolin and cello, the songs lean on tight vocal harmonies and acoustic detail that feel almost orchestral without losing that close-to-the-mic warmth.
The show is a good entry point into the band’s recent chapter, especially the Fish Pond Fish era, where their writing stays rooted in the present and turns landscapes into story engines: gardens, orchards, the ocean floor, night skies. Expect carefully arranged parts, shifting textures and that “all gathered together” stage energy that makes their performances feel like a single instrument with many voices.
