Info
On December 27, 2026, Felix Cartal lands at the Commodore Ballroom in Vancouver with the kind of set that mirrors his path: from punk-and-hardcore roots to a clean, vocal-driven take on modern house. Coming up in the late 2000s on blog hype and club circuits, he first made his name with tight electro house and EDM pressure, sharp synth work, and a rock-leaning sense of drive that never fully left his music.
Over the years, his writing opened up toward more melodic and vocal formats, without dropping the impact. Expect a night built for movement: punchy transitions, bright hooks, and that mid-tempo groove he’s refined through albums like Next Season and Expensive Sounds for Nice People, plus the edits, remixes, and collab energy that keep his sound connected to both pop and club culture.
