Pomme lands in Copenhagen with her poetic, French-language pop, where modern folk and acoustic timbres meet a sharp songwriter’s eye. On Sunday, April 4, 2027, she will perform at Amager Bio, drawing from her forthcoming album la forteresse, her fifth, which revolves around the idea of a fortress: something that can both protect and hold one in place.
In the live show you can expect a set that shifts between the intimate and the more ethereal: simple piano and vocal moments, warm strings and larger, orchestral lifts. The lyrics delve into childhood, love, vulnerability and the walls one builds around oneself—without losing the melodies’ lightness. Pomme has gradually broadened her expression from the intimate arrangements on Les Failles to the broader, more cinematic sound on Consolation and the orchestral touches on Saisons, and the Copenhagen concert ties the threads together into a universe that feels both precise and open.
